Circle of Idiots

America is about to attack Syria and Britain has promised to join us. Apparently the idea is to launch missiles at Syria in reaction to their use of chemical weapons . . . .  and off we go to war again. The experts tell us that RADICAL FUNDAMENTALIST MUSLIMS are the enemy. In the next breath they tell us that in Syria both the (1) state supported military and the (2) revolutionaries fighting them are  RADICAL FUNDAMENTALIST MUSLIMS. Interesting. As usual, they have us in a box. If we support either side, we will be supporting our enemy. So . . . why bother?

Of course it may be much more complicated than that. The news media is so terribly unreliable that Americans are simply left in the dark. Citizens are not expected to make decisions about war. There are more than enough Generals to carry out a war against anyone. They may or may not agree that it's a good or a bad idea. We will never know. The American military has no voice to advise the citizens. They are to advise only the Politicians.

The politicians are presented to the citizens as a disreputable bunch of selfish climbers. Most of their time is spent (per media) on self promotion. They are rarely displayed as intelligent executives working in behalf of the people they represent.

Supposedly, the politicians are the "deciders" of all things not specifically pre-decided by the Constitution and other founding documents. Any serious question about a decision is to be settled in stone by the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court has forced it's way into the decision process by the subtle means of appointing members that favor whatever political party is in power. It's not ideal. Almost nothing in politics is.

The political and media experts pushing us to attack Syria are the same people that brought us the wars in Iraq, Lebanon, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Egypt, Libya and countless other middle eastern cesspools. Stay tuned and maybe we will be able to add Iran. With ill advised experts like these - who needs more enemies?

The "toothless" U.N. was originally designed to be worthless and guaranteed to fail. It can not keep the peace. It can not enforce humanitarian laws. It can not effectively distribute financial, medical, or food assistance. Why don't we walk out, rework the entire organization, allot votes by population, and only allow respectable nations to join.

The selection committee should have to be extra-extremely cautious about letting any dictatorship join up. All of the murderous, brutal, genocidal and stupid dictators like Dear Leader in North Korea do not deserve an influential podium or a free lunch . . .period!

Civilized (modern) society must join together and stop corrupt humanitarian activities. Supporting illegal governments and evil dictatorships is getting us nowhere. The ever growing millions that have no fresh water, no safe food supplies, inadequate medical aid, insufficient shelter, and incompetent leaders - will have to go. The bad guys must go.

We, our allies, or the U.N. can not fix their problems.

We proved that.

So settle your own problems.
